Star-Worthy Venison Steak
I cook this all the time and it is ALWAYS a hit. If you’re
iffy about deer meat, or can’t get any, it is just as good with beef.
Ingredients:
½ c. Lawry’s
Steak and Chop
1 lb. Venison
Cube Steak
½ c. All-purpose
flour
½ tsp. salt and
pepper
¼ c. Cooking Oil
1 can Cream of
Mushroom Soup
1 env. Dry onion
soup mix
1 can mushrooms,
chopped

Coat venison in mixture of flour, salt, and
pepper.

Brown steak in oil in skillet over medium heat.
4.
Whisk all remaining ingredients together in a
bowl. Add water until you have the consistency of yogurt. Pour this mixture
over meat in skillet.
