Adam’s Favorite Goulash
The
last time I cooked this, Adam thanked me for not “messing it up” by adding
vegetables after he cleaned his second bowl. Lack of green aside, this is a
great 15 minute dinner option.
Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground
Beef
8 oz. Can tomato
sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
½ tsp. salt and
pepper
7 oz. macaroni
noodles
¼ c. shredded
cheddar cheese.
Directions:
- In skillet, brown beef; pour off fat.
- Add tomato sauce, ketchup, salt and pepper. Mix.
- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
- Stir noodles into beef mixture. Heat thoroughly.
- Sprinkle on the cheese and eat up!
