Asian Turkey Dumpling Rolls

Asian Turkey Dumpling Rolls

Ingredients:

½ lb.       lean ground turkey
1              egg
2 tbsp.  soy sauce
2 tbsp.  Asian Seasoning Mix (I make this myself, I will include the recipe below)
1 tbsp.  Bread Crumbs
12        Frozen dumplings, thawed
For Sauce:
¼ c.        Rice vinegar
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tbsp.  Asian Seasoning Mix
  (Please be sure to check out the links. This will show you the specific products I prefer to use!)

Directions:

1.       Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine turkey, egg, soy sauce, seasoning mix, and bread crumbs in a mixing bowl, set aside. In a separate bowl, mix sauce ingredients.
2.       Take dumpling and cover it in sauce. Roll ¼ c. of the turkey mixture into a ball. Set on top of dumpling. Roll dumpling over turkey mixture. Set on cookie sheet. Repeat for all dumplings.
3.       Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
4.       Enjoy!




My Asian Spice Mix:

1/4 c. Chopped Onion

1/4 c. Garlic Powder

1/4 c. Black Pepper

2 tbsp. Ginger

2 tbsp. Red Pepper Flakes
