Asian Turkey Dumpling Rolls
Ingredients:
½ lb. lean ground turkey
1 egg
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Asian
Seasoning Mix (I make this myself, I will include the recipe below)
1 tbsp. Bread Crumbs
12 Frozen dumplings, thawed
For Sauce:
¼ c. Rice vinegar
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
1 tbsp. Asian Seasoning
Mix

Directions:
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine turkey,
egg, soy sauce, seasoning mix, and bread crumbs in a mixing bowl, set aside. In
a separate bowl, mix sauce ingredients.
2.
Take dumpling and cover it in sauce. Roll ¼ c.
of the turkey mixture into a ball. Set on top of dumpling. Roll dumpling over
turkey mixture. Set on cookie sheet. Repeat for all dumplings.
3.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
